Cancellation Policy

All orders may be cancelled at anytime for any reason so long as the order has not shipped. If the order has shipped and it is wished to return the product then please refer to the refund and returns policy.

All orders cancelled prior to shipment will be refunded the entire amount of the purchase minus any fees charged by paypal or your credit card.

In order to cancel a purchase KIZTEK must be contacted at 1-866-542-4010. The caller must provide the order number and payment information given at the time of purchase.
