If for any reason during the first 7 days from the recieved date of your purchase you decide you no longer want the product you may return your undamaged product to KIZTEK for a full refund minus shipping fees. Prior to returning the product you must email KIZTEK at tabletpc@kiztek.com to obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA). Please note the transaction ID, date of reciept, your name, and phone number in the email. Once the product has been received and verified to be in the originally shipped condition a refund will be applied to the account you used at the time of purchase. The refund will be equal to the full purchase price minus the cost of shipping.

If within 45 days of receiving the product you decide you no longer want the product you may return it in its originally shipped condition and packaging for a refund of 80% the original purchase price minus the cost of shipping.

The product may be returned undamaged in the originally shipped condition and packaging within 90 days of reciept for a refund of 60% the original purchase price minus the cost of shipping. 

All returned product must be void of defects and in the original packaging and have an RMA number assigned to it. Product failing to meet these conditions will be held until payment is received to cover return of the product. If return shipping payment is not received within 30 days, the product will become the property of KIZTEK to be sold in the aftermarket as used product. The owner will be credited the amount of the proceeds from the resale minus a 40% reseller's fee.

KIZTEK retains the full right to determine at its own discretion if a unit qualifies as returned in original shipped condition.

This policy is only valid on original purchases made through the KIZTEK website and by the original purchaser of the product. Proof of purchase is required.
